Alocasia ‘Portora’

This alocase is a hybrid between alocase odorant and alocase de Porte. It forms a spectacular, upright clump that can reach 90 to 120 cm in height and 60 to 90 cm in width. Its large, heavily-veined, wavy, toothed green leaves are supported by sturdy, purple-colored stems. This selection thrives best in good light and part shade. Soil should be rich in organic matter but well drained. A standard with added value.
