Alocasia macrorrhizos ‘Borneo Giant’

This selection is the result of a very complex series of hybridizations. It can grow to over 1.2 to 1.5 m in our northern climate under good growing conditions. Its leaves are very large and erect, almost straight, as are the petioles. As the leaves mature, they tend to undulate and become slightly waffled.
