Alocasia chantrieri

This rare plant is highly sought-after by collectors. This natural hybrid is a cross between copper alocase and Sander alocase. Its large, arrow-shaped leaves are a beautiful dark green with bluish highlights. The underside of the leaves is dark brown. The leaves resemble those of one of its relatives, the copper alocase, but are much more elongated. The petiole is bright brown. The plant can reach 60 to 75 cm. An excellent choice for the home or a cool spot in the garden.
