Alocasia baginda ‘Silver Dragon’

The species is endemic to the Southeast Asian island of Borneo, where it was discovered only recently, in 2011. It is one of the most compact alocases in the genus. The oval, bubbled leaves of the ‘Silver Dragon’ selection are velvety, with a very dark vein that makes it unique. Its silvery-blue hues, shaded with darker emerald green around the main vein, present a lovely contrast of colors.

The older the leaf, the richer the nuances. The edge of the leaf has a green border, giving it an original texture. With its distinctive relief, this exotic plant looks like something out of a fairy tale. This plant can reach over 35 cm in height and width. A DRAGON for indoors and outdoors in shady locations.
